I spent 30 years as a health care consultant, leveraging data analytics to help hospitals and health systems across the country improve the quality and efficiency of the care they deliver. One of the greatest barriers to high-quality care remains access to the health care system itself. In my new role with HealthMarkets, I'm driving health care improvement in a different way—by helping individuals obtain insurance coverage and the access to care they deserve. My goal is to help people find coverage options that give them confidence they can receive the care they need at a price they can afford.
